Started filling and cleaning up ready for spraying

Made rear seat cross bar, this is 22mm tube with a tapered turned end to fit the taper in the door post, its then tapped with an 8mm screw thread

Added the door strikers to both sides

Got the cills welded up on both sides

Going to fill joint here, I welded a flat plate behind the new cill which will help them from flapping a bit, then tacked the two together.

Other side now cut out

New triangle welded in 

Couldnt bend the lip over this side due to the door post (it wouldn't come out) so i ended up having to weld the lip to the post. later I changed this and managed to cut the top bit off and get it level and looking correct (had this on my mind for the night so had to get it right in the end!)

Remembered to cut the lip by the door post and welded along the top

New triangle gives a good finished look.

I also managed to alter the rear seat which was too low, and welded the up right 8 off bars on to it, also started to clean off the welds
