1969 NISSAN Patrol SWB

Model: NISSAN Patrol/Safari 60

Body Style: Open body (60~79) or station wagon , Both SWB and LWB G60)

Constraction:ladder chassis with steel body

Engine: Water cooled inline 6 cylinder 4.0 L

Transmission: 3 speed with hi low part time 4wd transtercase & Front PTO for winch

Suspension: Leaf spring all around

Brake: 4 wheel drum

pic1History:Datsun have been making all wheel drive small 4X4 after WWII at 50s the first were clearly modelled on the wartime willys MB/GPW but were extensively improved also with a powerful in line 6 cylinder water cooled Enging at 1960 2nd Generation Patrol with a big 6 cylinder 4.0 GAS Motor, Max out put between 125-130hp at 3600rpm,30.0kg-m/1600rpm.( This motor aslo use at Nissan 7 tonnes trucks and Bus.)with a 3 speed gear box, part time 4x4 system with a 2 speed Transfer box, PTO can pic1fitted on both 2 gear box and transfer box for front winch and rear power out put.At end of 60s, front and rear anti roll bar use on all G60 model.A new full width boxy body work soft top and hard top ststion wagon also LWB model ,It got well performance and very reliable at middle East, Africa and India. Today new Patrol got a very powerful 4.8 Engine, it is a very nice car for safari use, same as toyota L.C.105. Japanese NISSAN patrol 60, produced under licence by the Defence Unit at Jabalpur for the armed force, pic1like middle east, Africa. India army, it was also used by Japan air force & fire service, this car is from a NISSAN collector Mr. Wada. It never Rust, import to HK at 2003 & Rebuild by our co. at same year, we believe this is only one Reg in HK.
